Smart Entry Setup:
For a seamless self check-in experience, I recommend (and require) a Schlage Encode smart lock. It integrates easily with Airbnb and VRBO so guests receive unique codes automatically and no key handoffs or late-night lockouts.
Simple, Transparent Pricing
Set-Up Fee: $450 - includes professional photos, full listing setup or optimization, and onboarding to both Airbnb and VRBO.
Co-Host Fee: 20% of monthly payout plus $150 Tech Fee
