Welcome to Backyard Bliss. Even though the backyard takes center stage, the house is just as impressive - with stylish interiors, cozy furnishings, and all the comforts of home.
Amenity highlights include 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen, all with adjustable bed frames; 2 bathrooms with heated toilet seats and complimentary toiletries; a backyard with dining table, fire pit seating, hammock, string lights, egg chair area, bird feeder and more; Pack-n-Play; full kitchen; free WiFi; Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room; gas grill; community pool and tennis courts when open; fenced yard; pet-friendly setup; and a coffee station.
The bedrooms are designed for comfort and convenience, with Smart TVs, nightstands, lamps with USB ports, ample storage, plush beds, blackout curtains, and adjustable frames. The primary suite includes a private en suite, walk-in closet, full-length mirror, and dedicated workspace.
The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, a charging station, and coffee supplies. The dining area seats six, and the living room has comfortable seating, blankets, games, a 65-inch Smart TV, and an Infinity Game Table.
Outside, guests can dine on the deck, relax in egg chairs under string lights, gather around the fire pit, use the grill, swing in the hammock, play cornhole, or enjoy the wooded bamboo backdrop.

- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in. After that, no refunds.
