Downtown Digs is a newly built condo with everything needed for a comfortable Wake Forest stay. Enjoy king beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee bar, heated toilet seats, and a location just a couple of blocks from downtown.
Amenity highlights include 3 bedrooms with all king beds; coffee bar; 2.5 bathrooms with heated toilet seats and complimentary toiletries; open-concept layout; EV 240V NEMA 14-50R outlet; full kitchen; free WiFi; Smart TVs in each bedroom; balcony with outdoor seating; keypad entry; pet-friendly setup; 1-car garage; and additional parking.
Each bedroom includes a wall-mounted Smart TV, nightstands, USB lamps, blackout curtains, sound machine, luggage rack, and closet. The primary suite is separated from the guest bedrooms and includes an en suite bathroom.
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, charging station, spice rack, flat-top stove, dishwasher, and pantry. The coffee bar offers a Keurig Duo, espresso machine with frother, bean grinder, fresh beans, K-cups, syrups, sweeteners, and creamers.
The living area has a leather sectional, pillows, blankets, games, books, and a 65-inch Smart TV. A balcony off one guest bedroom gives guests a small outdoor sitting area.

- Maximum occupancy: as agreed at booking. No additional overnight guests without prior written approval from the Owner.
- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in. After that, no refunds.
